Mike Sexton and Vince Van Patten, the hosts of the show, do not give all their observations on live camera. The World Poker Tour debut in the entertainment television last 2002. It has begun its first season in the latter part of the said year until the early part of the following year, 2003. Already in its seventh successful season, The World Poker Tour has crowned a large number of World Poker Tour champions. These winners took home unbelievable and huge amount of pot money prizes. Alan Goehring is the first season winner followed by Martin de Kniff. The third and fourth season winners are Tuan Le and Joe Bartholdi, Jr. respectively. Carlos Mortensen is season five's champion while David Chiu the champion of season six. Yevgeniy Timoshenko is the most recent World Poker Tour champion. In its seven thriving seasons, the highest prize of $3,970,415 was given to season five champion Carlos Mortensen.
